Join us for our Zero Net Energy Webinar: Leveraging Collaboration for a Winning ZNE or ZNE Ready Project. You will learn about the process for completing a ZNE or ZNE Ready project from industry professionals that completed the IBEW Local 58 ZNE Center, which was the first ZNE building in Detroit, and in the Midwest. The webinar will outline the process developed and utilized for an actual state-of-the-art ZNE building retrofit, from concept through construction integration. We will also go over the ZNE Center case study, highlighting the collaboration and technology deployed. Collaboration was carefully and deliberately woven into every step of the process and is an important aspect, directly related to the roaring success of the project.

The presenters will highlight the Return on Innovation (ROI redefined) that has occurred for the IBEW Local 58 and the National Electrical Contractors Association of SE Michigan. The IBEW Local 58 officers and members investment helps drive motivation for future ZNE projects for their members, their community, the State of Michigan, and the industry as a whole.
